Decode {2013}
This is my piece for ReDiscovery. It’s an art show inspired by Daft Punk over at Gauntlet Gallery in San Francisco. It’s a bit of a celebration for Random Access Memories. Opening reception is on May 18th, which I think is today. If you live near by, do drop by.
I’m pretty excited about the show actually. Some really amazing artists are going to be a part of it like Phil Noto, Andre De Freitas, and John Larriva. Great stuff! Should be an amazing show.
This is the first time I’m going to be a part of a show with a really amazing collection of artists, so I’m really stoked.
BTW, this piece was inspired by Get Lucky. Aw yiss…

The scale of construction and expansion in Mecca. Ancient heritage sites and monuments are often bulldozed and demolished to make way for these towering abominations.
I’m sure the “Prophet” would be very proud. I can’t think of something less spiritual than this image. Literally the most depressing thing I’ve seen in a while. -
